Day

01：Turgart – Kashgar           180km 

Your Chinese guide will be at

the border side 1:30 (Beijing time) to pick you up, from the border side to

Kashgar witch is 180km, and have three checking points, the first one is 5km

from the border side witch is luggage checking by the military, second one is

95km from the first one, witch is local police checking, the last one is

immigration office 20km , After Finish customs formalities drive/ride to hotel

in Kashgar 60km.

 

Day02:  Kashgar

Kashgar (get the temporary

license and temporary number plate)

On this day your guide will with your vehicle take you to the traffic office

for finish Traffic police formalities witch is 20km from Kashgar.

 

 

Day03:  Kashgar –Yecheng          252Km

Morning drive about 250 km to yechang. The tar road runs at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. On the way enjoy the

landscape

of  the Kunlun. Grey black rocks and sand dunes compose the major feature of the landscape of Taklamakan. 

On the last section of the way we pass by an expanded, watered field. Yecheng is a city with a pretty Bazar inhabited

by Uigur and Han Chinese. Upon arrival at Yechang, check into your hotel. Afternoon free on your own. Overnight at 

Yechang in hotel.

Day04:  Yecheng- Mazar            250Km

Before you reach Mazar, You are being across the Chiragsaldi (4960 m), is the last pass you have to cross on the way. How

long it will take for the driving depending upon road and climate conditions.

 

 

 

 

Day5：Mazar – Hongliu Tan       

243Km

 On the road the Kunlun mountain ranges are on the right and the Karakorum mountain range left. The road is very straight, and the

 landscape fantastic: out of the window scenery appears in brown and red alternatively; emerald small lakes shine under 

the sunlight. 

 

Day06: HongLiu Tan – Duo Ma     

337Km

Drive about 2 or 3hours on the desert over 5000m, start to pass over Jieshan Daban which is 6700m high(The real high 

altitude should be around 5400m). Overnight at duoma Army station (Guest house or camping, dorm bed). 

 

Day 07: Doma to Ali (230 km). Along on the Silk Road, the highest road in the world which leading from

Xinjiang to Tibet.

Day 08: Ali to Darchen (255 km) driving

again on rugged roads to Darchen (15,150 feet or 4,620 m) enjoy the views of

Mount Kalaish, lake of manasarovar and an uninterrupted views of the Himalayas

bordering Nepal en route. The windblown settlement of Darchen is the Pilgrim’s

gate way to Mount  Kailash.

 

Day 09: Darchen to Saga(4,700m) 450km,7hrs. where the four great rivers of South Asia diverge from their 

glacial

sources around Mount  Kailash. O/n at hotel.

 

Day 10: Saga to Old Dingri around 280km, from old Dingri you will see the Mt Everest and some other high

peaks. 

Day 11: Old Dingri to Mt Everest and Base camp 100km

 

 

 

 

Day 12: Everest to Nyalam 250km 

(3740m)

 Today is another challenging day as cross this amazing pass Lalungla

(5150m)there are only 7km to the top. We are all

 in excellent shape by now.But

from that top to Nepal is one of the longest dawn hill in the world.

 

Day 13：Nyalam to Border 35km.

 Finally we are able to cruise nearly 4600 meters downhill! What an adrenaline

rush today is as we head towards the Nepal

 border. Our easy ride down is

complimented with beautiful scenery along the way. After going through the

border we set up camp or hotel in Nepal.
